Establishes a 10-member task force to review and evaluate loss mitigation programs administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority.

Task force membership includes the Governor, Speaker of the House, majority and minority leaders of both chambers, Senate president pro tempore, Banking Commissioner, and joint standing committee chairs on banking matters.

Task force must hold its first meeting within 60 days of the effective date and elect a chairperson from among its members.

Task force shall submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on banking no later than January 1, 2012, and terminates upon submission of the report or January 1, 2012, whichever is later.

Administrative staff of the joint standing committee on banking shall provide support to the task force.
