Requires individual and group health insurance policies to cover colorectal cancer screening including annual fecal occult blood tests and colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, or radiologic imaging per American College of Gastroenterology recommendations, now including consultation with the American College of Radiology

Adds American College of Radiology to the list of organizations consulted for establishing colorectal cancer screening recommendations

Eliminates all out-of-pocket expenses (coinsurance, copayments, deductibles) for any additional colonoscopy ordered by a physician during a policy year, except for high deductible health plans

Applies to health insurance policies delivered, issued, amended, renewed or continued in Connecticut, effective January 1, 2012
