Amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 14-96p(b) to authorize members of the state military civil support team to use blue lights on motor vehicles when responding to emergencies, with written authorization from the civil support team commander.

Extends existing blue light authorization previously limited to active volunteer fire department and civil preparedness auxiliary fire company members to now include state military civil support team members.

Requires the civil support team commander to certify annually during January the names, addresses, and vehicle registration numbers of authorized members using blue lights, using forms provided by the commissioner.

Allows authorization to be revoked by the civil support team commander or successor, consistent with procedures for fire department authorization revocation.

Takes effect upon passage.
