Authorizes the Teachers' Retirement Board to deduct union dues from pension benefit payments upon member request.

Requires the Board to remit deducted amounts to the union organization designated by the member.

Allows members to discontinue the deduction at any time with written notice submitted thirty days in advance.

Applies to all members as defined in section 10-183b of the Connecticut general statutes participating in the teachers' retirement system.

Becomes effective upon passage.
