Chief Court Administrator shall review functions and activities of the Judicial Department, assign funding priorities, and submit findings with legislative recommendations to the joint standing committee on appropriations by January 1, 2012.

Chief State's Attorney shall review functions and activities of the Division of Criminal Justice, assign funding priorities, and submit findings with legislative recommendations to the joint standing committee on appropriations by January 1, 2012.

Chief Public Defender shall review functions and activities of the Public Defender Services Commission, assign funding priorities, and submit findings with legislative recommendations to the joint standing committee on appropriations by January 1, 2012.

All three reviews shall take effect on July 1, 2011 in accordance with section 11-4a of the general statutes.
