Redefines "bundle" to apply to any person (not just lobbyists) who forwards five or more contributions to a single committee or raises contributions at a fund-raising event, effective January 1, 2012.

Requires disclosure of bundlers' names and addresses in campaign finance statements for candidates for statewide office, state senator, state representative, and certain political committees.

Expands contribution certification requirements to include disclosure of contributor status as a communicator lobbyist, state contractor, prospective state contractor, or principal thereof; removes prior certification language limiting these disclosures.

Maintains existing requirements for campaign treasurers to request missing contributor information within three business days and return contributions if information is not provided within fourteen days.

Applies all changes to primaries and elections held on or after January 1, 2012.
