Eliminates the phrase "Notwithstanding any regulations to the contrary" from fee provisions in sections 19a-36(b) and 19a-332a(c) of the general statutes, effective October 1, 2011.

Updates swimming pool and subsurface sewage disposal review fee language by replacing "flow plan for" with "system engineered design plan" for small and large subsurface sewage disposal systems.

Adds a new fee of $500 for review of each proprietary leaching system to the public health commissioner's fee schedule.

Adds three new asbestos abatement-related fees: $25 for revision of notification of abatement, $25 for revision of notification of demolition activities, and $200 for review of requests to conduct asbestos abatement while school is in session.

Renumbers existing asbestos abatement fees to accommodate the new fee categories while maintaining all previous fee amounts.
