Amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 17b-261(a) to establish Medicaid coverage for childless adults with income not exceeding 133 percent of the federal poverty level, effective January 1, 2014

Requires coverage to be provided without an asset limit in accordance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 111-148)

Maintains existing Medicaid eligibility for persons under age 19 with family income up to 185 percent of federal poverty level and for parents and caretaker relatives qualifying under Section 1931 of the Social Security Act

Effective date is July 1, 2011, with the childless adult coverage provision taking effect January 1, 2014
