Commissioner of Correction shall convey up to 5 acres of state land in Cheshire to the town for parking purposes, at cost of administrative expenses, with reversion to state if not used as intended.

Commissioner of Transportation shall convey multiple parcels of land to towns including Wethersfield (two parcels totaling approximately 0.36 and 0.0006 acres), Fairfield (1.19 acres for open space), Farmington (1.6 acres for open space and recreation), Bristol (0.11 acre at fair market value), and portions of land to Norwalk and East Hartford at fair market value or administrative cost.

Town of Tolland shall exchange approximately 1.3 acres of state commuter lot land for 2.2 acres from the town, with the town's parcel required to include comparable improvements including an equal or larger commuter parking lot, bus shelter, and energy-efficient lighting.

Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall exchange approximately 17.40 acres in Haddam for an 87.70 acre parcel that will become part of Cockaponset State Forest with a permanent conservation easement to ensure it remains undeveloped.

State Traffic Commission shall remove signs prohibiting right turns on red signals at the intersection of Route 3 and Route 160 (New Britain Avenue) in Rocky Hill, notwithstanding prior approval of their placement.

Amendment to prior law allows town of Tolland to use conveyed 9.70-acre parcel for economic development instead of open space, with authority to sell or lease the property while transferring proceeds to the state.
