• Removes "Standing" from official references to the Joint Committee on Legislative Management throughout multiple statutes.

• Makes technical corrections including grammatical fixes, capitalization standardization, punctuation adjustments, and clarifying phrase additions across numerous state statutes.

• Changes effective dates for specific provisions, with most taking effect upon passage except commercial motor vehicle tax exemption (July 1, 2011) and abatement review committee changes (October 1, 2011).
