Annexes approximately 54.94 acres from the town of Trumbull to the city of Bridgeport, as detailed on a map prepared by Diversified Technology Consultants (DTC Project Number 06294).

Validates any previously recorded deeds, easements, or other instruments conveying interests in the described property that incorrectly identified it as being located in Trumbull rather than Bridgeport.

Requires the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to convey two parcels (Parcel B-1 and Parcel C-1, totaling approximately 35 acres) to Bridgeport for $2.8 million plus administrative costs; Bridgeport must use the land for a regional magnet high school within 10 years or the land reverts to the state unless maintained as a public park.

Directs the Commissioner of Environmental Protection to use the $2.8 million from the sale to purchase replacement property that will provide equivalent acreage to state holdings.

Requires the Department of Environmental Protection to negotiate in good faith with Trumbull regarding future use and ownership of approximately 18.49 acres located within Fairchild Memorial Park, consistent with the 1922 gift deed requiring park use.
