Allows holders of manufacturing permits for brew pubs to sell sealed bottles or containers of beer for off-premises consumption on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Beer sold under this provision must be brewed on the brew pub premises and sold in sealed bottles or containers.

Previously, brew pubs were prohibited from selling beer for off-premises consumption on Sundays along with other restricted days and hours.

Towns may reduce the permitted sales hours by vote at a town meeting or by ordinance.

Effective July 1, 2012.
