Requires the Judicial Branch to amend the annual attorney registration form by January 1, 2013 to allow attorneys to indicate whether they maintain professional liability insurance as described in Connecticut General Statutes section 38a-393(b)(3).

Mandates that all attorneys admitted to practice in Superior Court disclose their professional liability insurance status on annual registration forms starting January 1, 2013.

Directs the Judicial Branch to publish attorney insurance status information on its website beginning May 1, 2013 and update this information annually.

Takes effect October 1, 2012.
