• Removes the 120-day decision deadline for development traffic certificate applications, replacing it with a requirement to begin review prior to municipal approval when practicable.

• Makes technical updates throughout Connecticut statutes to replace all references to the "State Traffic Commission" with "Office of the State Traffic Administration."
