Charter Oak State College shall waive course enrollment fees for dependent children (ages 16-23) of veterans killed in action or with 100% disability ratings from the Veterans' Administration.

Course enrollment fees shall be waived for veterans who performed military service in time of war, are domiciled in Connecticut at the time of admission, and have been accepted to Charter Oak State College.

Active members of the Connecticut Army or Air National Guard certified as in good standing by the Adjutant General shall receive course enrollment fee waivers for full-time or part-time degree-granting programs.

Veterans receiving federal educational assistance under the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act shall have waived only the portion of course enrollment fees exceeding the federal education benefit they receive.

Any course enrollment fee waiver shall be reduced by the amount of educational reimbursement received from an employer; veterans and National Guard members shall have equal registration status as other students.
