Establishes a task force to study whether military occupational specialty training can satisfy state licensing requirements for occupational, professional, and trade licenses.

Task force membership includes the Commissioners of Veterans' Affairs and Consumer Protection (as co-chairs), the Adjutant General, Labor Commissioner, Board of Regents president, and representatives from the Office of Military Affairs and Higher Education financial affairs.

First task force meeting must occur no later than 60 days after the effective date of the bill.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on veterans' affairs by January 1, 2013, and shall terminate on that date or when the report is submitted, whichever is later.
