Department of Education shall conduct a study on personalizing learning in schools, effective July 1, 2012

Study shall examine methods for schools to provide personalized educational experiences and testing based on individual student needs

Department shall identify available grant funding from public and private sources to support personalized learning initiatives

Department must submit completed study and recommendations to the joint standing committee on education by January 1, 2013
