• Increases various court filing and procedural fees effective July 1, 2012, including Superior Court civil case entry fees ($350), small claims fees ($90), execution application fees ($100), and introduces new fees for attorney pro hac vice motions ($600) and counterclaims ($200).

• Requires the Chief Court Administrator to establish the Judicial Data Processing Revolving Fund to maintain court information systems, with any balance exceeding $5 million annually transferred to the General Fund starting June 30, 2013.

• Directs 70% of revenues from the 2012 fee increases to fund legal services for the poor through the lawyers' clients' funds account program and 30% to the Judicial Data Processing Revolving Fund.
