Amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 17b-342 by adding subsection (l) effective July 1, 2012, to establish a registration process for adult day care providers with the state access agency.

Requires the access agency to process registrations from adult day care providers certified by the Connecticut Association of Adult Day Centers within 30 days of submission.

Prohibits the access agency from requiring day care providers to register more than once, regardless of the distinct services they offer.

Mandates the access agency deliver qualified provider names to the Department of Social Services within 30 days of registration, and requires the Commissioner of Social Services to add those names to the state provider list eligible for Medicaid reimbursement under the Connecticut home care program for the elderly within 30 days of receipt.

Aims to increase the number of day care providers eligible to receive Medicaid reimbursement under the Connecticut home care program for the elderly.
