Commissioner of Transportation must submit a report to the joint standing committee on transportation by January 1, 2013 regarding recent mass transit fare increases.

Report must include scheduled future fare increases, the effect of fare increases on ridership levels, and how fare revenues are allocated to fund mass transit purchases and maintenance.

Requirement becomes effective upon passage of the act.
