Removes the word "whatsoever" from the exemption for editorials and news stories published in newspapers and magazines without compensation.

Changes "In the event" to "If" in provisions regarding campaign treasurer replacement and distribution of previously printed communications.

Changes "a" to "an Internet" in provisions requiring tax-exempt organizations making independent expenditures in radio or audio advertising of thirty seconds or less to provide a website address listing top five contributors.
