Requires community association manager applicants to disclose felony convictions and submit to state and national criminal history records checks effective October 1, 2012.

Mandates that new certificate holders pass the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers' examination within one year of issuance, and requires existing certificate holders with less than ten years experience to comply by October 1, 2014.

Adds continuing education requirements for real estate brokers and salespersons to include practices and laws concerning common interest communities during the two-year renewal period.

Permits condominium unit owners, lessees, and sublessees to display religious objects on entry doors or door frames, subject to exceptions for public health/safety threats, door obstruction, legal violations, obscene content, and size limitations (25 square inches on frames, 4 square feet on doors).
