Allows package store permit holders to conduct fee-based wine education and tasting classes on premises, in addition to existing free sample tastings and demonstrations.

Requires the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to adopt regulations regarding class content and maximum allowable fees for fee-based wine education and tasting classes.

Wine education classes and tastings must occur only during hours when the package store is permitted to sell alcoholic liquor.

Effective date of October 1, 2012 for all amendments to Section 30-20 of the general statutes.
