Permits holders of a manufacturer permit for beer to sell and serve food on their premises, in addition to existing beer sales and tasting activities.

Allows manufacturer permit for beer holders to continue offering free beer samples to tour visitors and selling sealed bottles of beer (limited to 8 liters per person per day) for off-premises consumption.

Enables manufacturer permit for beer holders to also hold a restaurant permit, brew pub permit, or cafe permit simultaneously, removing previous restrictions on multiple permit classes.

Maintains the annual fee for a manufacturer permit for beer at one thousand dollars.

Effective upon passage for amendments to Connecticut General Statutes sections 30-16(b) and 30-48(a).
