Prohibits persons required to register as sex offenders under Connecticut statutes from entering senior centers, elderly housing, or congregate housing for the elderly, effective October 1, 2012.

Allows registered sex offenders to enter such facilities to visit relatives or provide employment services with written discretion and approval from their probation/parole officer, police chief, or resident state trooper.

Permits registered sex offenders to enter senior centers for non-sponsored activities, including voting in municipal, state, or federal elections.

Exempts current residents of elderly housing and congregate housing from the restriction on entry.
