Each town must provide registrars of voters with office space, supplies, equipment, and facilities for safe storage of official records, effective July 1, 2012.

Each town must ensure that each registrar of voters has access to the Internet and the ability to correspond with the Secretary of the State using electronic mail.

Official records of registrars of voters must be accessible to all registrars of voters in the town, with all registrars sharing responsibility for the safekeeping of such records.
