Increases the number of physical therapist members on the Connecticut State Board of Examiners for Physical Therapists from two to three

Requires the Governor to appoint physical therapist members from a list of three names submitted by the Connecticut Physical Therapy Association (removes reference to "American" chapter)

Maintains existing membership structure of one physician and two public members appointed by the Governor

Takes effect on October 1, 2012
