Requires clear written notice 15-60 days before trial offers or introductory rate periods begin, informing recipients they may cancel and providing cancellation procedures.

Requires written notice 15-60 days before automatic contract renewals for goods or services (excluding health clubs, banking, insurance, and securities products) informing recipients of cancellation rights.

Products or services furnished after expiration of trial offers, introductory rates, or automatic renewal periods without the recipient's consent are deemed unconditional gifts.

Violations are classified as unfair or deceptive trade practices; effective October 1, 2013.
