Reorganizes definitions in Connecticut police training statutes (sections 7-294a through 7-294e) by converting definitions from inline format to a numbered list format, effective July 1, 2012.

Modifies section 7-294o to relocate the definition of "geotechnical" within the statute on missing person reports, moving it from the beginning to the end of subsection (a), effective July 1, 2012.

Removes references to "secondhand dealer" from section 21-46a regarding property seizure procedures for pawnbrokers and precious metals dealers, keeping only pawnbroker and precious metals or stones dealer categories.

Removes the definition of "geotechnical" from section 29-252(a) regarding the State Building Code and relocates it to the end of the subsection to clarify its application.

Makes technical corrections to grammar and punctuation throughout the public safety statutes, including changing commas to "or" conjunctions in property seizure language.
