Increases the minimum fine for negligent hunting in the third degree from $200 to $1,000, effective October 1, 2012.

Defines negligent hunting in the third degree as discharging a firearm at prohibited times, from vehicles, with suspended license, out of season, on Sundays, or into occupied buildings or structures containing flammable materials.

Elevates criminal trespass for hunting, trapping, or fishing purposes from a class C misdemeanor to a class B misdemeanor with a mandatory $1,000 fine.

Maintains criminal trespass in the third degree as a class C misdemeanor for other unauthorized entry onto posted, fenced, or state property.
