Commissioner of Economic and Community Development shall develop an Internet website by January 1, 2013 highlighting the Connecticut portion of the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail.

Website must include a map showing the main trail, flanking trails, intersections with other walking trails, and locations of Revolutionary War sites, monuments, and placards.

Website shall provide links to additional information and photographs for each Revolutionary War site, Connecticut tourism websites, and other Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail websites.

Website must feature an interactive calendar allowing historical groups to post notices of events and entertainment along the trails.

Commissioner may use funds from the community investment account established under Connecticut General Statutes section 4-66aa to develop the website.
