Amends Section 3-13h to replace "which" with "that" in references to corporations doing business in Northern Ireland, making grammatical corrections to language regarding MacBride principles compliance.

Modifies Section 3-27f to allow the Treasurer to invest in participation certificates of the Short Term Investment Fund for the General Fund, various bond funds, and other state funds, while simplifying the statutory language.

Revises Section 3-47 to clarify that the Treasurer may sell real estate belonging specifically to the School Fund or Agricultural College Fund, replacing vague language ("said funds") with explicit fund references.

All amendments take effect upon passage of the bill.
