Repeals and replaces subdivision (3) of section 9-55 regarding primary election registry lists, changing "a supplementary or" to "an" updated list for electors newly eligible to vote in primaries (effective July 1, 2012).

Repeals and replaces subdivision (12) of section 9-372 defining "registrar" to remove language specifying which registrar holds authority in municipalities with multiple voting districts and different registrars (effective July 1, 2012).

Repeals and replaces subsection (d) of section 9-235 regarding unofficial election checkers by removing language allowing registrars to make separate appointments in municipalities divided into two voting districts (effective July 1, 2012).
