Requires retailers and manufacturers with annual gross receipts exceeding $50 million that conduct business in the state to publicly disclose their efforts to identify and eliminate slavery, human trafficking, and exploitative labor from their supply chains.

Makes failure to make required disclosure subject to enforcement exclusively through injunctive relief actions brought by the Attorney General.

Mandates the Department of Revenue Services submit an annual report to the Attorney General listing all retailers and manufacturers reporting annual gross receipts exceeding $50 million.
