Amends Section 8-30g of the general statutes to exempt municipalities from the Affordable Housing Land Use Appeals Act in locations not included in their housing affordability plan.

Exemption applies only to municipalities with a legislative-body-approved housing affordability plan that demonstrates commitment to increasing affordable housing stock.

Qualifying municipalities must implement at least one of the following: incentive housing zones, inclusionary zoning regulations, inclusionary zoning fees, an affordable housing trust fund, or zoning districts/floating zones allowing multi-family housing.
