Requires private special education providers to disclose the tuition rates they charge to other boards of education for the same special education and related services

Disclosure must occur on or before February 1st each year when requested by a board of education that contracts with the provider

Applies only when the private provider is educating students that the requesting board would otherwise be responsible for educating

Intended to increase transparency in special education costs and assist boards of education in negotiating service rates with private providers
