Appropriates $337,200,000 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2012-2013 to cover deficiency needs across multiple state agencies.

Allocates $151,200,000 to Medicaid Acute Care Services and $85,900,000 to Medicaid Nursing Home Facilities within the Department of Social Services.

Provides $20,000,000 for personal services in the Department of Correction and $9,800,000 for personal services in the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection.

Reduces previously appropriated amounts totaling $195,200,000, including $66,500,000 from Disproportionate Share-Medical Emergency Assistance and $43,000,000 from State Employees Health Service Costs.

Adjusts fringe benefits allocations by reducing Employers Social Security Tax by $14,000,000 and Retired State Employees Health Service Cost by $40,000,000.
