Prohibits housing authorities and approved community housing corporations from evicting senior citizens (age 62+) or disabled persons except for "good cause" reasons including nonpayment of rent, failure to accept fair rent increases, material lease violations, or landlord's intent to occupy the unit as principal residence.

Defines "senior citizen" as a person 62 years or older and "disabled person" as one with a disability as defined in 42 USC 12102.

Extends eviction protections to tenants residing with a parent, grandparent, spouse, or sibling who is a senior citizen or disabled person.

Requires notice of any eviction action to include information about available services and assistance programs for avoiding homelessness.

Directs the Commissioner on Aging and Commissioner of Housing to compile and distribute a list of services and programs designed to assist elderly and disabled tenants by October 1, 2013.
