Waives tuition at Charter Oak State College for veterans who performed service in time of war, have been accepted for admission, and were domiciled in Connecticut at the time of acceptance.

Waives tuition for active members of the Connecticut Army or Air National Guard certified by the Adjutant General as members in good standing, enrolled or accepted for admission on full-time or part-time basis.

Reduces tuition waivers by the amount of any educational reimbursement received from an employer.

For veterans receiving federal Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance, waives tuition amounts exceeding the federal veteran tuition benefit calculated as a portion of total federal assistance.

Effective October 1, 2013; amends Section 10a-143 of the general statutes.
