Prohibits electric suppliers, aggregators, and their agents from advertising electricity prices in a way that misleads consumers into thinking the generation services charge is the total bill amount.

Requires disclosure of the electric distribution company's current charges, including the competitive transition assessment and systems benefits charge, whenever advertising or disclosing an electricity price.

Mandates that any advertisement or disclosure containing a price must indicate the expiration date of that advertised price in the same font size and color as the advertised price itself.

Takes effect upon passage and amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 16-245o(f)(3).
