Repeals and replaces Section 22a-6f of the general statutes effective October 1, 2013, governing fees for permits issued by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

Establishes registration fees for general permits at $1,250 (with approval required) or $625 (notification only), with a maximum cap of $6,250.

Adds new annual fees for general permits issued on or after October 1, 2013: $200 for activities requiring approval or $100 for activities requiring only registration, with a maximum annual fee of $1,000.

Maintains existing fee increase provisions from prior legislation (50% increase for fees over $100, doubling for fees $100 or less; additional adjustments effective October 1, 2009).

Permits consolidated general permits covering multiple regulated activities to charge a single fee not exceeding the total of individual permit fees.
