Board of Regents for Higher Education, Office of Financial and Academic Affairs for Higher Education, and Board of Trustees for The University of Connecticut must each submit a report to the appropriations committee by January 1, 2014.

Reports must assess the effectiveness and benefits of programs and services administered or provided by each entity.

Reports must include priority assignments for continued funding of such programs and services.

Board of Regents and the Office of Financial and Academic Affairs must also assess programs and services administered by constituent units of the state system of higher education under their oversight.

Effective date: July 1, 2013.
