Testing services approved by the Commissioner of Education to administer examinations under section 10-5 of the general statutes must make examination data available to the Department of Education, effective July 1, 2014.

Required data includes individual scores of test takers and annual aggregate data such as examination scores, results, and demographic information of persons taking the examination.

Testing services must provide the total number of persons taking the examination and the total number of persons taking the examination at each testing location.

The act takes effect July 1, 2013 and creates a new section in statute.
