Establishes a Task Force on the Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Children effective July 1, 2013, to develop a comprehensive master plan by January 1, 2020

Master plan shall include age-appropriate curricula for preschool through grade five, training for school personnel, parent education on warning signs, counseling resources for affected students, and in-school support services

Task force membership consists of seven state commissioners/directors (Children and Families, Social Services, Public Health, Education, Correction, Court Support Services, and Chief State's Attorney) plus nine legislative and public members appointed by Senate and House leadership

Requires submission of the master plan to the joint standing committee on children by July 1, 2014, followed by annual progress reports through January 1, 2020

Task force terminates on January 1, 2020
