Prohibits the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles from suspending a Connecticut operator's license for unpaid traffic violations in another state if that state has a reciprocal agreement with Connecticut

Allows license suspension to be avoided if the person pays the out-of-state traffic violations before the scheduled suspension date

Prevents the imposition of any restoration fee when a person pays outstanding traffic violations in a reciprocal agreement state before suspension occurs

Applies only to states that maintain reciprocal agreements with Connecticut regarding traffic violations and license suspensions
