Department of Economic and Community Development shall establish a Connecticut antiques trail to identify and market antique sales sites within the state, effective October 1, 2013.

Department must develop criteria to identify major antique dealers, communities with high concentrations of antique dealers, and auction houses with annual sales exceeding one million dollars for inclusion in the trail.

Department shall create a promotional program including directional signage and notices for identified sites.

Department shall develop an Internet website for the antiques trail.

Implementation is subject to available appropriations.
