Amends Section 53-202a of Connecticut General Statutes to expand the definition of "assault weapon"

Updates the physical characteristics used to define assault weapons in subsection (a)(3)

Includes all weapons that are "copycats" or functionally equivalent to named assault weapons in the definition

Designates numerous additional specifically named weapons as assault weapons, including AR-10, AR-15, M15, Bushmaster, Colt, DPMS, and other rifle and pistol types listed in the statute
