Establishes a Regional Workforce Development Boards Task Force effective July 1, 2013, to study the current status, effectiveness, and potential redistricting of regional workforce development boards in the state.

Task force membership includes joint standing committee chairpersons and ranking members on labor and public employees, the Labor Commissioner, and eight members of the General Assembly appointed by legislative leadership from both chambers and both parties.

Requires all task force appointments to be completed by July 31, 2013, with vacancies filled by the appointing authority.

Task force shall submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on labor and public employees by October 1, 2014, and shall terminate on that date.
