Amends wage payment requirements in Connecticut General Statutes Section 31-71b to allow private and parochial schools to enter into written agreements with certified and noncertified employees for alternative wage payment schedules that differ from standard weekly payment requirements

Voids any such alternative wage payment agreement if the private or parochial school ceases operations before completing full payment of all wages owed to employees

Makes the school liable for payment of all wages due to employees in the event of closure under an alternative payment arrangement

Maintains existing provisions allowing local and regional school boards and state-aided institutions to negotiate different wage payment schedules through collective bargaining agreements

Preserves existing rules permitting employees to swap workdays or shifts under collective bargaining agreements
