Establishes a task force to examine peer-reviewed studies and medical information on pesticide health effects, including effects on asthma, ADHD, autism, cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative conditions

Task force shall develop written explanations of chemical and geological processes when pesticides are applied to school grounds, municipal parks, and residential properties in Connecticut

Task force shall gather data on median frequency of pesticide applications at Connecticut schools, application methods, types of pesticides used, and reasons for applications

Task force consists of seven members including the Deputy Commissioner of Environmental Quality, directors from the Agricultural Experiment Station and Center for Integrative Geosciences, and appointees with expertise in epidemiology, chemical toxicology, and endocrinology

Task force must submit a report to relevant General Assembly committees by February 1, 2014, and shall terminate on that date or upon submission of the report, whichever is later
